December 13, 2005, Kauai Police Officer Gilbert Asuncion filed a false report and had me falsely arrested and charged with two felonies.
After nearly 2 years of malicious prosecution, the charges againt Pinkerton were Dismissed With Prejudice due to the egregious behavior of prosecutor Marc E. Guyot interferance with a court ordered mental examination.
This was done to prevent the issue of penal liability and evidence of a pattern of practice of police misconduct in all the cases lodged against Pinkerton.
It must be duly noted that all charges lodged against Pinkerton were dismissed.

Meet Makapo'o, a Hawaiian blind kitty from Koloa. Makapo'o had a severe eye infection as a kitten and subsequently lost his eyes. Though it looks ghastly, he navigates superbly as he has adopted my backyard as his home.
My wife said she never wanted a cat and I told her me too, but Makapo'o adopted us.
As long as Makapo'o blesses us with his presence, I will continue to make him the star he is.
What can you learn from a Blind Kitty?

Maka' po'o resides in Koloa and has been sighted hunting birds in the Waikomo Soccer Park and quite successfully navigates from his home, through my yard with my two vicious watch dogs without ever being harassed by my two canine companions.
Maka' po'o, my Blind Kitty neighbor, has taught me a few lessons that will benefit my life and those around me. This site is dedicated to the Dark Sighted Blind Kitty who fearlessly meanders the neighborhood against all odds and instinctively hunts birds the only way a Blind Kitty hunts, with INSTINCT.

Despite Koloa's Historic District, County Planning Department and the County Attorney have given away the farm.
The shameful legacy the County Leaders have left will forever shame this community.
I suppose the people responsible and the developer shares the load with Stacey Wong , the trustee of the Knudsen Trust. Just look at Lanai to see the prior works of Trustee Stacey Wong.

"In the end we'll be measured
By the love that we gave"
Billy Gillman
My time on Earth
Long as it seems
Is just a moment
In the grande scheme of things
A short refrain
Of life's endless song
Sung only once
And then we're gone
My time on Earth
Each breath I breathe
Is one more chance to share my love
With those around me
We come and go
Like shooting stars
The truth be known,
That's all we are
The more that I know
The more I can see
The older I grow
The more I believe
It's not the length of the life
Or the depth of the grave
In the end we'll be measured
By the love that we gave
So my time on Earth
On fate depends
But all that happens
In the space from end to end
Depends on me
And choices I face
For better or worse
They're mine to make
The more that I know
The more I can see
The older I grow
The more I believe
It's not the length of the life
Or the depth of the grave
In the end we'll be measured
By the love that we gave
So my time on Earth
Will be well spent
And when I leave this world
I'll leave with no regrets
I'll live and love
For all its worth
'Till I live out
My time on Earth
'Till I live out my time on Earth

Riding a nice mare bareback and bridleless. This sure is a blast and what a way to get my day jump-started!

A work trip to Kona was filled with an unexpected surprise; I met several Jackson's Chameleons while planting banana plants in the hills of south Kona (the terrain is mostly rocky and very difficult to dig without hitting lava).
I found several within a few meters on this South Kona Coffee Farm, which I might add serves the best cup of coffee on the Big Island.
Enjoy the show, it's not a bad way to spend 8 minutes.
