Cavuto tries his best to get one over on Mr. Chong. At one point, Cavuto tries to compare George W. Bush to Ted Kennedy, and asks Chong if he likes Ted Kennedy, however Chong merely states that he is okay, and says that if he were smart, Kennedy would have been President. Cavuto admits this is a good point as his "news crew" laugh at him.
