Hey, Wegmans is the same way. I worked for them, and trust me, many of the check out clerks made nothing. You know what we all got for Christmas from Danny Boy? A card, with a picture of his family on their gazzillion dollar staircase in their gazzillion dollar mansion on Canadaiga lake in NY. Oh, I have plenty more about THEIR practices... I don't know who forbes interviews to rank them #1 in employee satisfaction, but it wasn't me, and it wasn't the other people I worked with. Oh, and getting injured on the job from lifting so much crap people buy???? Don't even think about it.
