You are an idiot. First, not sure there is an "i" in Japanese. Second, I do believe "freeride" is in fact two words, i.e. free ride. Third, I do believe the country you are referring to as "America" is actually called the United States of America. Funny side fact; there is actually a North America, a Central America, and a South America. Forth, you do know German and Japanese, as well as other languages, are taught in many public schools? Fifth, not sure the "few" you know going back to Iraq constitutes as a large enough sample size but you be wise to go with the thousands of documented soldiers expressing all out contempt for this war, and if anything, will go back only because they care about their brothers and sisters in arms.

Not sure what I find most amusing...the fact that the part of the clip shown with the victim testimonies only highlighted the fact that racism is in fact alive and well or the fact that if our government was doing such a great job protecting us (because they always know what to do and what's right)why would people be scared on the plane?
I was led to believe that with rhetoric like Hannnity's controlling our governmental policies enacted to protect us(Homeland Security, Terror Alerts, Iraq War...just to name a few)we would all be more safe. Sounds like Wilfred Brimley and the woman in shadows still holding on to the crimped hair style in the video clip weren't feeling safe, because even their own misguided prejudice couldn't be calmed by the mere presence of "suspicious" individuals, despite the fact that they ALL went through our flawless airport security measures designed by our omnipotent current administration.
Perhaps now would be a good time to start basing our policies and actions off of confirmed facts and reasonable logical approaches/solutions. Maybe if we took the time to challenge what we hear, like Cole did - being nice enough to post the definition many Muslims tell me is the meaning of Jihad - and not just go with who can say it the loudest or closest to our own stereotypes, we feel a little more safe on the plane when someone is having a PRIVATE DISCUSSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rocky Lore, could you provide any or even some facts behind any of the claims you just wrote? And if possible, do you think you could extend yourself on explaining how any of it has to do with the clip shown above?
And since I'm asking, how do you know anyone here is a Democrat? Because I assume you are not and if that is correct, than you yourself prove the following: being on this website does not automatically make you a democrat.
Perhaps, if I'm not asking too much, you could focus on the topic of discussion or at the very least, the pretty images with corresponding sounds flashing above in amazingly accurate sequential order otherwise known to the rest of the world as a Video Clip. They are quite informative and may help you focus on what the rest of us (despite the small misunderstanding between WNTW and Anonymous)are discussing. It may be hard if you prefer the argument style of Hannity and his elk, but with practice, I believe you can do it.

Reading most of the comments just further reminds me why I felt it necessary to post this clip. I'm sure many others beat me to the punch so remove the ego from that comment.
It's easy to let this thing slip into the darkness of the "Race" discussion. Everyone get's all flared up and before long you start making nonsensical rebuttals to the tune of idiots like Hannity. I could go into the small fact that sorry...white people in this country just can't simply dismiss racism, especially when a black man calls it out. I'm not saying this wolf cry isn't misused at times but that's part of the price to be paid for our nation's evil past. I have faith many of you aren’t in fact racist, but there are some that are and the fact I have to point that out proves my point. Not every act of racism comes with a burning cross.
And I'm not saying white people won't/don't ever feel the pangs of discrimination and prejudices. Hell, my nieces and I get it no matter where we go...big black man walking with cute little tan girls, closer to whichever race depending on the season, but when a black person calls it out sometimes you just have to accept it. Make no mistake, it doesn't feel good to feel it nor point it out, so instead of automatically dismissing it, how about trying to emphasize with a level head. Maybe try to see what the person is trying to point out. Do things like that and you realize Spike Lee is simply saying the films cover an entire epic event in this country's history with proven historical facts placing black soldiers there, so pivotal to even getting to point of being able to raise our flag for such an iconic moment and to accept multiple industry/media accolades while also totting it as "historical" is simply wrong, and thus Lee’s point. It doesn't help that Eastwood fires back that his work was based on historical facts, because now it looks like he willfully omitted black soldiers in his film. Not good when you're claiming to not be a racist. Do I know Mr. Eastwood is a racist? No, but I didn't know Michael Richards was one either. I loved Kramer!
But that isn't the point so I beg you to drop it.
The only point we as a people in this country should be focusing on is that this sort of argumentative nonsensical rhetoric puked by that hack Hannity and his elk is exactly how media outlets such as FOX have been able to shift logic out of arguments and placing importance on opinions and not on FACTS. This sort of commentary has successfully eroded our country's ability to critically analyze anything of importance, leaving many sheep to think voting for a man "they want to drink with" is better than voting for a "boring" yet completely more capable candidate despite how many times the "beer" candidate publicly looked like a complete f'ing moron. Same sort of verbal manure that helped many forget the lack of evidence connecting Iraq to 911, or blasé about multiple years of oil companies making quarter to quarter record profit gains until $4/per is biting us all or even the small fact all the no-contest contracts to build back up Iraq are all connected to this administration. ALL OF THEM. We know the list continues on.
I pray I can continue to dismiss idiotic verbal sparing such as the example in this clip in the face of facts, and I pray you all do as well. Disagree all you want, but let your opinions emphasize your facts...not create them.
