For-profit insurance company CIGNA denies Nataline Sarkisyan's liver transplant. Family and friends protest and raise hell at CIGNA. CIGNA changes its mind and approves treatment, but it's too late. With the transplant she needed delayed and the window of opportunity already closed, Nataline Sarkisyan dies.
