I have alluded to that, which is, I think McCain picks Lieberman potentially as the DC media will eat it up as bipartisan (puke) and believe it or not, Lieberman helps McCain with religious voters who he has had trouble with. Lieberman is the religious right's little poodle, so McCain can shore up conservatives that way...

Thanks Mike and thanks Jen. I don't know if I was clear. I was thinking of the chart showing Brookings, CFR, The World Bank, etc. Now maybe I misunderstood what the filmmaker was trying to say, but I don't think they are all in on this in a conspiratorial way in the manner of a FoxNews or AEI.

Again, I thought this video was awesome too. And powerful. I just had a few critiques.

Thanks for the comment Rich. I mean it. I think we should have an honest debate here. And you know what, I really appreciate his stance on the war. I think he has been very principled. Ditto with torture and illegal spying.

But if you want me to look beyond the followers to the man, I will. There is a reason some of those fringe elements like him. I don't know if you're progressive Rich, but if you are, are you comfortable with this:

Or this:

So to me, Rich, he seems like a foreign policy libertarian (ie isolationist), economic libertarian and social conservative. Yes, better than Rudy, by far, but no, not progressive by a long shot.

Thanks for your interest. Our videos stay up or go down purely on recommendations, like Digg or blogs with rated posts. So that is why it came down. In truth, it was up for a while because people kept recommending. But I can repost, and think I might, as you are right and this is a great message to have out there...
