Who the hell says that we should in anyway RESPECT anyone that is running for president. The last time I looked the title was "President", not KING. I applaud the idea that Americans are getting a little fed up and pissed off and in response becoming cynical and non-respectful. Give us something to respect and we will, until then we'll treat you like you should be treated.

How interesting. This man was so SURE of his facts then, yet years later he is even more "sure" of his facts now. The damage these crooks have done to our beloved country will take a hundred years or more to repair, IF it can even be repaired.
