I couldn't read the whole thing Clanc. I only have so much outrage to go around, and I'm plum out. The worst part (for me) is that Buchanan is incredibly smart- by experiance and schooling. I've heard him rattle off facts and quotes that are just stunning in their breadth of knowledge. And I've agreed with him on things more times than I like to admit. One of the things I just heard that bothers me was that in teaching these people they were told to use their own names or parents names to access the file to practice. Um, heylo? When the hell did our parents private info become open to scrutiny? I've trained ppl and been trained on closed computer systems, and the way to do that is to set up a dummy account to use as an example (you can also control the info to help with troubleshooting skills).
