FED EX - GROUND has been found guilty and ordered to pay 320-MILLION in back TAXES, because they were trying to consider some of their workers as CONTRACT DRIVERS, while actually attempting to treat them as Company Employees under Company Guidelines, altho they wouldn't actually consider them as Company Employees, because they were contract employees- the courts found them guilty of Manuiplating the system, and mis-classifying the employees, and now have been ordered to pay 320-MILLION in back Taxes !!! Fed Ex Ground, bought out whats known as RPS- road way package systems,and they apparently are still attempting to operate under the old style RPS Mentality and BS, subjecting the workers to typical Corporate Abuse !!!
