She informs and advises the audience at the Chautauqua Institution's 2008 program about what and how to eat.</p> <p>Marion Nestle is Paulette Goddard Professor in the Department of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at New York University, which she chaired from 1988-2003.
