After 7 years, the biggest crime in American history has neven been investigated in a court of law but the left gatekeepers willingly undermine their own constitutional interests by censoring conclusive evidence that proves the government continues to coverup the events of 9/11.

Failure of the Mainstream media and, so-called, "alternative" media dangerously undermines the public interest and threatens the security of citizens of the United States of America.

This wilful complicity could result in imprisonment and fine under Title 18 of US code:

It is the affirmative duty of any citizen to expose any treasonous or criminal act which comes to our attention. Failure to do so is defined as misprision.

As codified in the United States Code, Title 18, Crimes and Criminal Procedure. Misprision of treason applies to officials who have taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution. Misprision of felony applies to all citizens.

18 USC § 2382. Misprision of treason: Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

18 USC § 4. Misprision of felony: Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

100,000 Greet Obama in Denver Oct 26 2008 Denver

Barack Obama drew a crowd of 100,000, according to police estimates, in his third visit to Colorado since the Democratic Convention. Speaking at Civic Center Park in downtown Denver, Obama appeared to be stunned by the sea of supporters. Goodness gracious! Who are those folks way at the top of the capitol over there? Unbelievable! he said to cheers.
Obama urged the crowd to vote early, but he was stumped when he realized that he didnt know his campaigns website for the Colorado office.
If you need any information about how to vote early then make sure to contact our office, I think its probably C-O dash Obama? he guessed. But as some in the crowd tried to correct him, Obama paused to ask for help but ultimately gave up and urged supporters to seek help from those who have already voted.
The most recent early vote count in Colorado shows the Democrats and Republicans neck and neck in terms of turnout. Democrats lead the Republicans, 39%-38% according to Secretary of States office.
Obama devoted some of his speech today to explaining his tax plan, as John McCain and Sarah Palin continue to hammer away at his policy. He called his argument with McCain over taxes an irony, explaining that wealthy individuals benefit from a prosperous middle class. Rich people do better when ordinary folks are doing well, Obama explained. Part of the problem with whats happened on Wall Street is that ordinary folks were having trouble paying the bills. They were starting to lose their homes, they were starting to be foreclosed on, and that had an impact on everybody. He cited Bill Clintons plan in the 1990s as evidence that his tax plan will help wealthy individuals as well as the middle class. I want to go back to the rate that they paid under Bill Clinton, Obama said about his plan for wealthy Americans. And by the way they were doing fine under Bill Clinton. In fact they were doing better under Bill Clinton because everybody was doing well.

The Police Were Itching For A Fight" - DNC Protesters

You may have heard that pepper spray was used on the first official night of the DNC, or that some protesters got arrested. The UpTake's Eli Linch went on a mission today to find out what happened and get the protester's side of the story. Are the charges levied on those arrested accurate? When did the tear gas come into the picture? Check out this side of the story.

Greg Spagnuolo – spokesperson and co-founder of the Recreate 68 Allaince says the police were getting out of hand and acting in a criminal nature

Protesters say they were blockaded. Police had been harassing people throughout the day in the park even though the people had a permit to be there.. The police drove them out of the park and then blocked them in an area where they pepper sprayed people and shoved people with their batons

Police report said the people who were arrested were throwing rocks at the police, obstruction and disobeying lawful orders. Several people told us they didn’t see anybody throw rocks at the police. There were no orders given by police. The minute protesters went into the streets they were hit with pepper spray and pepper bullets.

Another organizer told us “We have a permit for this park. So to me it’s the cops who disobeyed a lawful order to leave us the hell alone with our permit.

“They make these things up when they attack people so they can try and make charges stick, so they don’t wind up looking like the aggressor, which is what they were.”

Spagnulo says “It’s a shame that this had to happen. Everyone was acting non-violently. The police were itching for a fight since about 6 o’clock on. They were pushing people in the park shoving people around acting like a bunch of bullies and it didn’t need to happen this way. I don’t know who made the tactical call from the police department, but it was a piss-poor call because now everybody is all tense and motivated for more confrontation and that’s something we didn’t want and its something that the police are bringing down ...
