Local state government services were contacted and report was made concerning the tax and corporate fraud. Beware contract workers for JRMedia, we get no help from them. How is it that California State Government will create a category of workers and not support that creation? Other legal services were contacted and their time is up to pay Marsha on April 15th. The software and computer has been retained by worker Marsha Radford after tax day the property is the Radford's. Swift caption editing software is a post-production video editing system, using MXF files to be created through an ingest process designed by Softel USA. The Swift caption creation system is use to create line blanking information for Broadcast Television. Softel was contacted in 2007 concerning the matter.

The Bush administration has long been accused of having too close a relationship with the oil industry. The investigative report was released a day after President Bush had a private lunch with Interior Secretary Dirk Kempthorne, the man in charge of the agency at the heart of the scandal.
That was behind closed doors.

"The government employees who oversee offshore oil drilling are literally and figuratively in bed with big oil," said Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla.

The allegations of bad behavior involve about a dozen government employees in Denver and Washington - workers who sell U.S. mineral rights to oil companies, which is one of the government's biggest sources of revenue besides taxes.

They're supposed to be looking out for the taxpayers' interest. But according to the inspector general, they rigged contracts, and engaged in illegal moonlighting, drugs, sex and gift-taking from oil company representatives.

Part 3: BACK DOOR SECURITY HOLE in the DIEBOLD/ PREMIER CENTRAL TABULATING SYSTEM...

Well--new year, new system, SAME OLD PROBLEMS. Seems there is a back door to Diebold software that not many of us had considered--the ability to completely override the central tabulator MANUALLY FROM THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS OFFICE.

Okay, no biggie, as long as someone representing BOTH PARTIES is on hand, WATCHING to make sure the CORRECT NUMBERS are being entered into the system...right?

Oddly enough, FLORIDA SECRETARY OF STATE, KURT BROWNING issued a letter advising SARASOTA SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS, KATHY DENT, that "election code is silent about who is permitted in the tabulation room
to observe..."

BROWNING also argues that "tabulating"
is not "counting". This missive barred some of FLORIDA's most renown election and computer experts (including the amazing Susan Pynchon "Hacking Democracy"/ Ellen Brodsky of BROWARD COUNTY)from witnessing YOUR VOTE BEING COUNTED...or NOT COUNTED...or PURGED, ERASED, SHREDDED, TRASHED or now--even OVERRIDDEN.

I was not allowed in the tabulation room, but was forced to film from outside the "election terrarium", behind glass, from 20 feet away. If it hadn't been for a sharp eyed OBSERVER who was allowed to view the TABULATION ROOM and the MODEM UPLOADS, I could not have confirmed what I thought saw and filmed...a manual override of the central tabulator by election officials--who for some reason don't want you to watch them.

I have been haunted by these events of JAN. 29th, 2008...hoping this video will shed some light on this knee-slapping, horror story: the nation's unreliable voting systems and the felon-vendors who profit from them. Even more egregious, at least in PART 1, is the yammering of the MADDENING MEDIA. This video is as much of an
indictment of them, as it is of our failed voting systems.

Good video--very, very bad day.

LONDON: A senior British prosecutor's decision to drop a bribery investigation into BAE Systems Plc weapons contracts with Saudi Arabia doesn't need to be reconsidered, the highest court in Britain ruled.

The House of Lords overturned a lower court and said former U.K. Serious Fraud Office Director Robert Wardle had the authority to call off his corruption probe. Wardle had cited threats to national security as justification.

Wardle "received advice from a number of sources about the threat to national security if the investigation continued," Alan Rodger, one of five judges deciding the case said in the ruling from London. The SFO director had concluded "British lives would be put at risk."
