Association, located in Harlem. NYCHA leases commercial store space for retail and professional uses, with market competitive rents, negotiable terms and attractive incentives for substantial renovations. This comes on the heel of a claimed deficit of $198bn, rampant corruption and drastic cuts for senior and youth community programs. These evictions are in stark contrast to serving entrepreneurial initiative it boasts on the agency's website. The establishments are forced to close without sound reasoning from NYCHA.
