Congratulations to her for having the highest viewership on one network news program. <br />Palin took a snipe at Obama for his voiding Senator Hillary Clinton as his vice presidential pick. </p> <p>Senator Barack Obama has made a strong speech condemning Senator John McCain's latest ad campaign going after him for words the McCain campaign perceived as sexist. Obama told the crowd that Enough is enough! He warned that the games McCain and the media play not only make people turned off to politics, it gets nothing accomplished. The Obama campaign release two hard hitting ads targeting McCain for being "out of touch" with the mainstream. The other ad clarifies Obama's meaning of "change".</p> <p>Huffington Post and ABC News report that there's a media backlash against Senator John McCain. They criticize him for not holding to his (Straight Talk mantra), and distorting Senator Barack Obama's record as a senator. The View was probably one of the toughest interviews that McCain ever had. Joy Bahar was commenting on the "FactCheck" and "Education" ads in which the campaign claimed the Obama was jealous of Sarah Palin and Obama support for sexual education to kindergartners. Barbara Walters and Whoopi Goldberg also questioned the motives of the campaign ads. McCain defended the ads and rebuked that the Obama campaign distorted his record as a senator.</p> <p>McCain has three fears! President George W. Bush, the media and his reputation. I mean in 2000, McCain ran a clean campaign only to be beaten by then governor George W. Bush. McCain vowed he would never repeat the mistakes of the past when he decide to declare his presidency in 2007. The same people who smeared McCain in 1999-2000 are the ones working on his campaign. Of course, the progressive bloggers are digging deeper into the lies of the McCain campaign. Posting them faster on YouTube than those who try to expose the Obama campaign.</p> <p>Can't wait til the "OCTOBER SURPRISE!"</p> <p>Obama has three fears. The voters who sway on the line, how to overcome the right wing attacks and voter turnout! The Tom Bradley effect is possible. Even though Senator Barack Obama raised more campaign money, ran a better campaign, beating a formidable rival [Senator Hillary Clinton], favored by the world, and stands by family values, the overwhelming support will have to be in part of young voters, African Americans, Latinos, Asian Americans, women and those who do not follow politics. To court average voters, is difficult especially for a candidate that not part of the norm. Barack Obama being that! Its not only for his name, his race, and his policies. Its how the country reacts to the fact Obama is the president.</p> <p>Some polls show that 25% of the country believes that Obama is a Muslim. 27% of the country believes Obama holds ties to Jeremiah Wright. 19% of Clinton supporters are securing their vote for McCain. 30% of the country believes that Obama is either racist or sexist.</p> <p>Now that's a nearly a 1/3 of the country overall. Citizentube caught up with president Sarah Bernard on the eve of the launch of their new animated series &quot;Get Your War On&quot; to ask her some questions.</p><p><span><strong>Citizentube: How did 23/6 come into existence?</strong></span> </p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Sarah Bernard: After <span>The Huffington Post </span>was launched, and it was clear that it was going to stick around for a while, Arianna (Huffington) had this idea for a website where people could auction off stuff. That idea was taken, but she also had one for a funny news commentary site. <span>The Daily Show</span> is, of course, the gold standard, but in the age of the web, it seemed strange to have to wait around until the end of the day to get a funny take on the news. Arianna has always loved political satire, even before her days in bed (literally) with Al Franken for <span>Comedy Central&rsquo;s InDecision &rsquo;96</span>.</span><span> So she and Roy Sekoff, the editor of <span>The Huffington Post</span>, started thinking about how this might work. One day Arianna ran into Michael Jackson, the President of Programming for Barry Diller&#39;s IAC, and asked him what he was working on.
