Even though potential first lady Michelle Obama delivered an amazing speech, her husband's impromptu performance gaffe will now bring ridicule in the right wing circles.

Even though his daughters bailed him out of the mistake, Senator Barack Obama must still work over the Clinton supporters who are flocking to his rival Senator John McCain.

Senator Hillary Clinton urges unity among the Democrats.

McCain wants to use Obama's former rival's words against him. This week McCain released six ads hitting Obama over the experience issue. While McCain may have an advantage of using the conservative talking points, he still hasn't put forth a plan for three major issues. The economy, the war, and high oil prices! Of course, we haven't gotten nothing more than the Newt Gingrich motto: "Drill Here - Drill Now: Save Less" mantra.

Find your own way, McCain! Now back to the issues of gaffes. McCain couldn't remember how many homes he owns. Major blunder when talking about Obama being an elitist! Senator Joe Biden says Barack America. Who owns America? We the people!

Anyways, we're human; I won't ridicule them for making errors in speaking. They spend thousands of hours talking and once in a while McCain and Obama will make mistakes.

Only if you would know that making mistakes are a part of a campaign. Presidential campaigning is stressful, time consuming and advocates political sliming from both sides.

So I guess we'll see if the vice presidential pick will be Mitt Romney. If he should choose Mitt Romney, it will be panned by the progressive bloggers and media pundits. After all McCain was called "liberal" multiple times by Romney and Mike Huckabee.

While the DNC was having a big party: The competition is making a Denver appearance.

1) Green Party- Cynthia McKinney is in town.
2) Libertarian Party- Bob Barr is in town.
3) Alex Jones and the 9/11 Truth confronts conservative pundit Michelle Malkin.
4) Griff Jenkins (geek reporter), Bill O'Reilly and Fox News are getting the F-bomb salute.
5) Debra Bartoshevich and Republicans are setting up shop to attract Clinton supporters.
6) Recreate68 and Ward Churchill are protesting against the War in Iraq and Afghanistan.
7) Conservative pundits are at the Pepsi Center. I am surprised that Democrats are so gracious to a group of hateful morons.

Another note: The 3AM ad! Bad move Senator John McCain! His campaign is becoming more increasingly desperate. Almost every campaign ad used against Senator Barack Obama had no relevance toward major issues. Talk about a Clinton obsession, I thought "real" conservatives hate Bill and Hillary! McCain are you now becoming a "liberal"? Because if you keep pushing for Clinton supporters, then you may alienate conservatives. And they are none to happy about your thoughts on choosing a pro-choice vice presidential candidate.

Supreme Court Won't Hear Kansas In-State Tuition Case

Once again, the Courts have come down on the side of undocumented students. After losing the battle in district courts and appeals court, Kansas Chairperson of the Republican Party, Kris Kobach made one final appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, only to be turned down. Obviously, the justices on the U.S. Supreme Court have nothing to say on the issue that hasn't already been said by the district and appeals courts: the plaintiffs do not have a right to sue.

It is highly unlikely that any court would strike down in-state tuition laws and thereby, deny undocumented students the right to attend institutions of higher learning. Instead of giving up, Kobach is out to get new plaintiffs to create new lawsuits. He insists that the courts skirted around the issue of equal protection and federal immigration law that we have already answered on this blog. Kobach continues to insist that in-state tuition rates for the children of illegal immigrants are "illegal" while the courts say otherwise.

While we are on the topic of "illegal," for those who don't know, Kris Kobach is the GOP politician that sent out emails boasting about voter caging--an ILLEGAL tactic employed by the Republican Party to purge likely-Democrat voters from the polls.

Whose "equal protection" rights are being violated by providing instate tuition to undocumented students who are in effect, state residents, that have resided in-STATE and attended high school there for at least three years? I would love to hear from some new plaintiffs that Kobach is claiming to represent.

In the meantime, undocumented students in at least 11 states are eligible to attend college at resident tuition rates.
