So two months ago, O’Reilly chose Laurie Dhue to be his viewers’ ombudsman:
Next Thursday we'll begin a new feature on "The Factor" called "The Dhue Point." We've appointed FOX News anchor Laurie Dhue to be your ombudsman.
That means if you have a question, comment, beef or any other musing about "The Factor," you can write to Laurie, and she may well take up your cause.
...Laurie will pick the "Dhue Point" missives, and she promises to be tough on me.
Yesterday, we released our video FOX ATTACKS! Decency, which chronicles FOX’s (and especially BOR’s) moralizing about the decline and over-sexualization of American culture, all while showing as much of the over-sexualization the censors might allow. The video opens with a late gift we received from the Factor — a segment from the Dhue Point where a viewer asked why BOR continually shows explicitly sexual footage while espousing family values. It was the perfect opening to a video about FOX’s (and BOR’s) hypocrisy when it comes to sex. We couldn’t have asked for more (so big props to you, viewer Mary Diaz from Ft. Myers, FL!).
FOX ATTACKS! Decency has been an unprecedented runaway success for Brave New Films, receiving over 400,000 views in less than two days. Last night, BOR and Dhue said this:
DHUE: We here at the Dhue Point obviously want to make this segment as highly effective as possible. So, what do my peeps need to ask you in the Dhue Point?
O'REILLY: First of all, there's a couple of things going on with "The Dhue Point" everybody should know, because we depend on your questions to Laurie. No. 1, there are pinheads who want you to try to embarrass me. Those people come from the far-left precincts. Ignore them.
DHUE: Yeah. I'm getting an awful lot of email saying I'm too easy on you.
O'REILLY: It's all coming -- it's all coming from the haters on the far left. Just throw it in the garbage. But the regular folks who really enjoy this program, what we want you to ask Laurie is why we do things, why we do them. All right? Or "we didn't really like that."
So the day after a question from the Dhue Point was used to publicly humiliate BOR and paint him as a hypocrite and creepy perv, BOR goes on the air to muzzle Dhue Point and claim that questions that “try to embarrass” BOR must come from “far-left precincts” and will be ignored. Maybe like the way Mary Diaz’s question has ended up embarrassing him.
Just seems like an awful big coincidence…
Please email your thoughts, opinions, and criticisms of the O’Reilly Factor to:
dhuepoint@foxnews.com
PS To all you O’Reilly fans who live in “far-left precincts”: SUCK IT! Your choice of location has doomed you, just like it has doomed the people of San Francisco, Boulder, and France! BOR will not shine his countenance upon you!

To Tony, who said Fox was the only news outlet that addresses REAL AMERICAN VALUES: Huh? Just what does that mean to you? To me, it means upholding the American Constitution above all else, which is not only a great document, but includes many wonderful things :), such as a Bill of Rights and that funny little clause about war that says only Congress is authorized to decide whether we should go or not. Real American values do not mean the Executive branch is the only branch of government of power; last time I remembered, we were supposed to have three equal branches--you know, with checks and balances?
I do agree with you on one point however, that no specialized group deserves special treatment over another. IMHO, we (citizens) are all Americans and deserve equal protection. Because of entrenched policies, however, what we have right now are special rights particularly for that peculiar institution: the large corporation. It is the disappearing middle class and working classes that have been rowing their behinds off for years while a few elites sit back with their greedy mitts in the water!
