MATTHEW PALEVSKY, JOURNALIST: This is Matt Palevsky, and I'm deep in the heart of Texas. I'm at a large flea market right outside of Austin, where predominantly immigrant workers come to shop. These are the people with the least say in the upcoming election, but perhaps the most at stake. The people who come here are the ones who'll be the first to lose their job in the case of a recession and the ones who might be thrown out of the country, depending on who gets elected. The sign behind me reads, "Caution," but what it should read is "Caution, elections ahead."

John Ellis "Jeb" Bush is an American politician, and was the 43rd Governor of Florida as well as the first Republican to be re-elected to that office. He is a prominent member of the Bush family: the younger brother of current President George W. Bush; the older brother of Neil Bush, Marvin Bush and Dorothy Bush Koch; and the second son of former President George H. W. Bush and Barbara Bush.

Peter M. Robinson is a research fellow at the Hoover Institution, where he writes about business and politics, edits Hoover's quarterly journal, the Hoover Digest, and hosts Hoover's television program, Uncommon Knowledge.

Karl also taught at the LBJ School of Public Affairs and in the Journalism Department at the University of Texas at Austin.

As a seven-term congressman from New Mexico, Richardson focused his energies on major foreign policy and energy issues. In 1997, he was appointed U.S. ambassador to the United Nations and was later secretary of energy under President Clinton.

Since 2002, Richardson's moderate approach to politics has characterized his leadership of New Mexico, where he has been devoted to clean energy use. Governor Bill Richardson was elected Governor of New Mexico in 2002 by the largest margin of any candidate since 1964. Governor Richardson just completed his third legislative session, successfully cutting taxes for more than 500,000 working New Mexicans, creating opportunities through a statewide Pre-Kindergarten program, revamping the state's higher education system, and increasing access to quality health care. He is a candidate for the 2008 presidential election.
