<p>Part 3 (9:56) - Robert F. Kennedy Assassination/Sirhan Sirhan Innocence </p>
<p>"I found from just a preliminary examination of the record that [the Sirhan Sirhan case] on the law, on the facts of the case, was an easier one than the assassination of Martin King and the innocence of James Earl Ray" - Dr. William Pepper </p>
<p>In the first half of Part 3 Pepper details the startling evidence that necessitates a second shooter in the assassination of Bobby Kennedy. For starters the medical examiner states that Kennedy was shot four times from the rear including one shot about an inch behind his right ear which conflicts with all the witness testimony that Sirhan was always three to five feet in front of the likely Democratic presidential nominee.</p>
<p>Secondly, the analysis of audio recordings from the assassination with formerly unavailable new technology has led to the determination that 13 shots were fired at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles. Sirhan's gun only held 8 bullets. In other words: </p>
<p>"There had to be a second shooter there" - Dr. William Pepper</p>
<p>In the second half of Part 3 Pepper details the efforts taken by the prison and the Department of Corrections to prevent his legal team from psychoanalyzing Sirhan Sirhan.</p>

<p>He is the author of several personal finance books, including How to Ruin Your Financial Life, Moneypower: How to Make Inflation Make You Rich, Financial Passages, and - with Phil DeMuth - the best-sellers Yes, You Can Time the Market, Yes, You Can Be a Successful Income Investor, and the forthcoming Yes, You Can Still Retire Comfortably.</p>

<p><p>A small group of white bigots disturbed the calm in Jena, Louisiana yesterday <a href="http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2008-01-21-jena_N.htm?loc=interstitialskip">when they marched in protest</a> of Martin Luther King Day. Organized by the <a href="http://www.nationalist.org/">Nationalist Movement</a> of known racist Richard Barrett, the group held a rally at the LaSalle Parish Courthouse, while 100 counter demonstrators protested nearby. Snipers and police from the Louisiana State Police and three parish sheriff's departments were on hand to keep the peace and one counter-demonstrator was arrested. </p> <p> The crowd of onlookers from Jena included George Ferguson, a local resident who wore a T-shirt reading "Justice for Justin," referring to Justin Barker, the white teen beaten in the Jena school attack. <br /> <br /> Race relations in Jena, a small town of 2,800 in Louisiana have been severely strained since six African-American teenagers were charged with attempted murder in the beating of a white student at Jena High School in 2006. Many were convinced that they were being prosecuted harshly because they were black, noting that no charges were filed against three white students accused of hanging nooses in a tree at the high school. Also contributing to the tension were other instances of violent crimes committed by whites that resulted in lesser charges being filed.<br /> <br /> It’s an abomination that white supremacists even exist in our country today and disgraceful that they decided to showcase their own particularly evil brand of hatred and bigotry on a day celebrating a man who preached inclusion and non-violence.</p></p>
