<p>Paraguay is struggling to vaccinate tens of thousands of people after an outbreak of yellow fever.</p>
<p>These are the first cases of the disease in the Latin American country in over 40 years.</p>
<p>The mosquito-borne viral illness has killed at least three people and there are fears the numbers could rise quickly.</p>

<p>Paraguayan health officials are scrambling to vaccinate millions of people in the wake of the first urban outbreak of yellow fever in Latin America in six decades. </p>
<p>The UN's World Health Organisation is helping coordinate delivery of vaccines to the country.</p>
<p>Neighbouring Argentina, Brazil and Bolivia are also taking measures to prevent the mosquito-borne disease from spreading. </p>

<p>Now Arab leaders are hoping to team up with South American nations to improve co-operation and trade.</p>
<p>The pledges were made after a two-day summit in Buenos Aires. </p>
<p>Now, they're aiming to form a new, strong political and economic block. </p>

<p>Members of Chile's indigenous Mapuche community are vowing to take back what they say is stolen land.For years, activists have been trying to re-claim what they say is ancestral territory. But Chile's government disagrees. Last week, a confrontation over the issue turned deadly.
<br />A 22-year-old Mapuche man was shot and killed by police, after demonstrators clashed with them during a protest.
