His position is that abortion should be not legal even in cases of rape, incest or life threatening conditions for the mother. </p> <p>Despite his long standing extremely conservative position on women's reproductive rights, McCain can't remember whether or not he voted against requiring health insurance companies to cover birth control for women.</p> </div> <a
