We were just notified that after counting all the votes, <a href="http://www.jimgilliam.com/about.php">Jim Gilliam</a> will be the recipient of this award for unsung progressive heroes. </p><p>The award will be presented and Jim will give a speech during the closing luncheon at the <a href="http://www.ourfuture.org/take-back-america-2008">Take Back America 2008</a> conference on March 19th. &nbsp;</p><p><em><strong>Congratulations Jim!&nbsp;</strong></em></p></p> </div>
