If we accept that the Nuremburg trials were valid, because no state, and no society have a right to practice genocide, then we have to accept that a nation state, and a society, which depends on genocidal acts of ethnic "cleansing", to exist, has no right to exist. This is not to say it's O.K. to kill innocents who live in that state/society, only those who threaten its victims. This being so, why should anyone require the Palestinian victims of such a genocidal state, to give anything to the state practitioners of genocde. And please, lets not have the twaddle about Palestinians all coming fromJudea and Summaria. Deir Yassein was not in "Judea or Summaria. Please note also that the U.N. has never had the authority to give stolen land to the murderous theives who've stolen it.
