Time for some good ole fashion throw the only "black person" in Senate excuse. Bobby Rush is playing the "race card".</p> <p>Congressman Bobby Rush was a former member of Student Non-violent Coordinating Committee, and The Black Panther Party. He serves the first district of Illinois, the south side of Chicago.
