The VICTIM in a 911 call to Stark County, OH Sherrif's office turns into an Abu Ghraib incident where enforcement by humiliation has become common practice against women taken into custody by corrupted enforcement agencies.

Unbelivably, the Sheriff defends the officers as doing eveything "by the book."

Militarization of America's police is vital to the New World Order and Globalization of poverty. These brutal police acts are "practice" for America's future need for Martial Law, when citizens discover - too late - their Bill of Rights has become nothing more than a quaint museum piece.
