<p>After building 15 non flying Lifters I was finally able to get one to fly. It flys without any moving parts, just High voltage. There's 3 hold down strings attached to each leg to keep it from flying up to the cieling, one High Voltage wire attached to the Corona wire which is strung across the 3 upper vertical poles, and a ground wire attached to the foil skirt.
